You arrive at the medicine counter and there is no one to help you, they are in the back chatting or looking at their cell phone, doing everything except serving the customer. A dark-haired girl arrives with the face of a bad friend as if they were doing you a favor, as if we had time to see what time they want to serve you. They don't care if you have an emergency or if a family member feels bad and needs medication because they are poorly paid or for any reason, until they feel like it, they will give you luck. Definitely better to go to another pharmacy because here they put their money on you to serve you 👎

Lots of variety of products and good prices BUT the staff they have serving is TERRIBLE, where did they get those people???? Rude, zero customer service, always bad and yes, they play the music SUPER LOUD as if they were at their ranch, very bad experiences the times I have gone shopping, not at all attentive, they urgently need to hire people who actually want to do their job I work responsibly and ethically. In Roma pharmacy I NEVER see this.

They started very well when they opened. Right now the day employees are fine but their night service is terrible, night shift (Saturday 06/24/23) calls them on the phone and they don't answer. One goes personally and they don't know if the product exists - MANAGEMENT PLEASE PAY MORE ATTENTION ON YOUR EMPLOYEES AND ANSWER PHONE CALLS.

I don't understand why they advertise with a phone number if they don't answer and that seems in very bad taste and no customer service at all.

They always have many specials on everything. Especially cleaning and hygiene products. It is open 24 hours a day. They should open more branches.
